How do I sign up?

Can I buy from multiple sellers in one go?

Yes. The cart supports items from different sellers in a single checkout. Each seller's items become a separate order linked by a batch.

When do I get my product?

Two delivery types:

Auto-delivery - instant. The key/code/account is shown on your order page and emailed the moment payment confirms.
Manual delivery - the seller sends it within the delivery time they advertised on the product page. You'll see "Awaiting delivery" until they fulfill.

The seller is past their delivery time. What now?

Why do I have to "confirm" receipt?

Confirming closes the order and unlocks the ability to leave a review. That confirms the order was delivered correctly, and you checked on it and confirmed.

Can I cancel an order I just paid for?

There is no self-cancel button. If you want out, open a dispute and explain why.

The seller asked to cancel, what happens?

Sellers can request a cancellation on manual-delivery orders that haven't shipped yet for a reason. We'll notify you. An admin reviews it; if approved, you're refunded; if rejected, the seller still has to deliver.

How do I open a dispute?

On the order page → Open dispute. Pick a reason: Not delivered, Invalid key, Not as described, Account issue, or Other. Add a description and any evidence (screenshots, links). ATTENTION! Fake disputes are punishable by the managers.

How long does a dispute take?

Disputes are reviewed manually by our team. There is no fixed SLA, but you'll get notifications at every step and can message the seller in-thread. A dispute decision can be reconsidered if new evidence comes in.

What does my refund actually include?

Product price + platform fee, credited to your wallet balance. Payment-processor fees are not refundable.

Can I edit my review?

You can submit an edit request. An admin reviews it; if approved, your new rating/comment replaces the original (the review is flagged as edited).

Yes, every paid order has a chat thread. You'll get notifications when the seller replies.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account → Settings → Delete. You enter a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After that, your profile is fully deleted. We retain a minimal audit record as the law requires.

You can't delete while you have undelivered orders, open disputes, or pending withdrawals.

Can I download my data?

Yes. Account → Export Data returns a complete JSON export covering profile, orders, reviews, favorites, wallet history, messages, notifications and disputes (GDPR Article 20).

How do I start selling?

Verify your identity (KYC). Submit legal name, country, address, and ID documents. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.

Create your store once verified: name (2–50 chars), unique slug (auto-generated), and an optional description (≤500 chars).

Wait for admin approval.

My account is "Suspended", what does that mean?

An admin has paused your selling privileges. The reason is shown on your dashboard. While suspended, you can't list products or withdraw.

What are "custom fields" for?

Inputs you collect from the buyer at checkout, e.g., gamertag, username, email, and region. Up to 20 per product. Types: text, email, number, textarea.

What's the difference between Auto and Manual delivery?

Auto - you upload keys/codes/credentials in advance. The platform delivers them instantly when the buyer pays. Even if you are not online.
Manual - you deliver yourself after each sale. Set a delivery time in hours; orders sit in Awaiting delivery until you fulfill.

How do I upload stock for Auto products?

Product → Stock. Paste keys/codes (one per line) - up to 10,000 items per upload, 2,000 characters per item.

What if I miss the delivery window?

The order stays in Awaiting delivery. The buyer can open a dispute, which holds your balance for those funds until resolved.

On manual-delivery orders that haven't shipped yet, you can request cancellation with a reason. An admin approves or rejects. 
Auto-delivery orders cannot be cancelled by the seller.

What's the platform fee?

Default 5% of the sale. Example: $100 sale → you earn $95, platform keeps $5.
